Poor service

This company misrepresented tenants and never did background and credit profiling checks (which they were paid for) before concluding a lease. Tenants turned out to be delinquent but the Estate Agent denies any wrongdoing, yet cannot produce any evidence to the contrary. Doesn't help doing the profile AFTER lease was concluded.
