Knightsbridge Luxury Apartments T403 Nightmare

Due to personal reasons I did not travel to Cape Town where I booked at Knightsbridge Luxury Apartments (T403). After numerous attempts to get hold of the establishment post the announcement of level 3 lockdown I was unsuccessful. I was shocked to be called to be asked when am I checking. Well, that was that.

The establishment has not discussed returning my damage deposit, since their property was empty. This establishment has no regard for anyone! It should be removed from Booking.com
