Knightsbridge Luxury Apartments T403 Disregard for Human Health and Life

Booked accomodation via Booking.com at Knightsbridge Luxury Apartments (T403, booking #***) for the 6th to the 10th of January 2021. Due to CT being a hotspot and my health being a priority I contacted all parties to ask to cancel. The establishment utterly ignored my communication, and when I went via Booking.com this is the message I recieved:

Although there is a charge associated with this cancellation, we will try to find the best possible solution for you. We have asked Knightsbridge Luxury Apartments to make an exception for your reservation, and hope to have an answer for you shortly.

This means that a fee will be charged if you decide to cancel or make changes to the reservation. The policy details are stated at the time of booking, and are included in your reservation confirmation for reference.
