complain about quality of shoes

On the 8 December 2014 I bought shoes for my little girl at Knights shoes Port Alfred, She wore shoes for 2 two hours and soil started to crack and I took them back all to be told by Management of the store to take them to the shoemaker there is nothing she can do, she cannot take them back.Shoe price R149.95. and its name enzolini white.
