Horrible service

<p>I scheduled an appointment to view a flat, the rentals department booked and gave me the agents number. Everything was okay until I called the sales agent on the day I was viewing it to confirm, and she was completely rude and apparetly knew nothing of it ( I was then told they would call back to confirm). I heard nothing from them, I then had to take off work early because i had no idea what time, let alone if i was still going to view the flat. I went to the offices to find out what was going on at 3pm. The lady was then once again absolutely horrible. With an attitude like that, I don't know how they make sales. What happened to good service from start to finish?</p>
