9 Clients, not one was able to view my property Managed by Knight Estates

Knight estates manages my flat in roodepoort.

After not having a tenant since feb this year I decided to advertise it myself on gumtree and then send all leads to Nadine at knight estates as instructed by Gina.

I placed the ad 2 weeks ago and got 9 people that wanted to go view the flat. (that cost me R750-00)

I communicated with all of them via whatsup and they where all given both Nadines and Knight Estates land line number.

After following up with all of them they all informed me that not one of them have been able to view the property and no one ever gets back to them as promised.

So disappointed and now realize why my property has been vacant for so long!
