Worst service in my life

Today i recieved the worst service in my life at knead sea point restuarant when i almost swallowed a ****roach in my Latte,which i reported only for the manager on duty to tell me that the ****roach came from outside and got into my latte which is impossible as i was with my drink all the time.How does he come to that conclusion in the first place? Is that telling me that he always see ****roaches coming into the restuarant and that is a norm? This very shows poor service to say the very least coming from a manager...Ill never step foot into your place again in my life
