Working with food without gloves!

While I was waiting on my order today I've watched how they go about doing it..then saw this woman taking the meat with her bare hands. I've walked to the counter and ask why the lady is hanling the food with her bare hands whereafter her collegues told her to put gloves on. I've requested to see their manager who believed and taking the side of her worker. I was very upset she made me a lier. I will take this up with Sanlam as well. This was totally rediculous and unacceptable!!
