Watery Smoothie

I regularly have breakfast at Knead in Kenilworth where I have a Peanut Power Smoothie. For a change I thought I'll eat at the Claremont branch and ordered the same smoothie. What a let down. It was watery and half the size of the one served at Kenilworth. When I complained I was told that it was there way of serving a smoothie. I retorted that the recipe should be standard throughout the franchise but was given all types of excuses. When asked to see the manager he was nowhere to be found.
