The service is shocking

I always receive the worst possible service from Knead in Sea Point, Cape Town. The waiters never give the customers attention and they often get the orders wrong. Whenever I order a regular hot chocolate, I get a white hot chocolate instead. I literally just ordered a WHITE hot chocolate on Uber eats and received a regular hot chocolate. With the shocking service, I don't think I will be visiting this place again. Which sucks coz I actually like the menu.
