Careless coffee culture

Just concerned from an Allergy perspective. I had to ask the barrister to rinse the cup with which he heats up the ***'s milk before adding the Soy Milk. He failed to at wipe down the steam wand and shoved the lactose covered wand into the soy milk.

I think just from an education perspective - training is needed to let barristers know that not everyone can consume Soy and some people can have severe allergic reactions.

Seattle is very careful with this and I have observed how they make sure the 2 (soy and dairy) never mix. The carelessness I witnessed this morning is really inexcusable and dangerous.
