Unpleasant experience!

The Knead Bakery in Muizenberg is at such a great location and as a result I keep going there, forgetting that the service is really bad. I went there yesterday and wanted to use the Entertainer app. There is no message on the app saying that you may not use it, but when I got there I was informed that I couldn't use it. Because of this false advertising I asked if we could order from the weekly specials that is run from 2pm, even though it was 13:20. Instead of trying to redeem the situation and maybe even trying to speak to the manager, the waitress said no. As a result, we left and as we were passing the waitress, she smirked and told her colleague we were leaving because we could not use the Entertainer app. DISAPPOINTING!!!
