Poor customer service - Knead Constantia

Worst customer service just experience at Knead Constantia. We were 3rd in line - no one comes to acknowledge us. The manager comes to the first group only and says there’s only tables outside (which we could see) we wait and we wait she doesn’t come back. We decide to wait on the bench outside and she eventually comes back and takes the people behind us. She then claims she didn’t see us how I don’t know - she then says but there’s only outside tables - which we would have taken how can she decide that we wouldn’t want an outside table. How this women became the manager is beyond me. Please address this with your staff
