FAILED TO PAY MONEY WHEN THEY BOUGHT MY MACHINE

They removed my vending machine when they serviced and repaired my machine at their workshop. They failed to return it but offered to buy it for R14 000.00. Till date they have not paid me, I enquire about my payment daily, but everyday they have an excuse. I threatened with SAPS, but still they do not pay me. I need everybody out there to know they are a bunch of ********* that do not honour their agreements.
