Ignorance and **********

I was in an accident in Nov 2014 where their truck bumped into me while I overtook it and was already 90% in front of the truck. The driver didn't want to exchange details. I noted it in my SAPD report. When I contacted the company, Collin said to mail him. He never responded. Eventually I spoke with Clive. I then was given an insurance claim number, but Julia Mogase at Santam said that I caused the accident. On requesting help from everyone involved, I have a couple of names, I'm ignored and they hope I will go away if I do not hear anything from them. Clive promised to give me the driver's info but up do date, no info. Neither the driver's company nor Santam want to give me his details. Why is this covered up? At the end I only need to fix my car. Is it really so much trouble just to help me?
