***** on Liquor License

Good day. I’m 2022 I opened a restaurant in Germiston called Top Level Restaurant and KMKL Falcons had services that listed Liquor License registration. I was quoted R20,000.00 to have the license registered and I provided all the documents. I paid a total sum of R18,000.00 and I never received the license. We had a back and forth of conversations and the Company owner kept asking me for documents and I kept on supplying. Failed to obtain the license my business closed. I have been trying to get a refund and Im not winning. The owner has now relocated to Limpopo
