failure ro pay back deposit

I paid a deposit of R1000 to secure a 2009 Hyundai Tucson, but was delayed for several weeks and the vehicle was never delivered with several weak excuses being offered by the salesman and his supervisor. later I was told the vehicle is a wreck and cannot be sold in its current state. they offered to sell me different vehicles which all had various visible defects and appeared accident damaged. when I tried to cancel the sale I was told that they owner refused to pay back my money because they spent it on repairing the Hyundai Tucson. they had mislead me deliberately whilst knowing that they sold defective vehicles to the public.
