CHEATED OUT OF MONEY

My parents went there to buy a a which they decided not to buy anymore (I'm guessing because they cheat people) anyways the manager/sales person had asked my parents to sleep at a hotel which the dealership was going to pay which they never did, I'm guessing because my parents didn't buy the car they wanted, the KMH people charged my parents R1000 for paperwork I mean where in the world have you had of such? Well I did communicate with the KMH staff members while my parents were planning on buying the car they were also consulting me incase you are wondering where I feature here!!! I then called enquiring about the money they charged my parents, Andrew promised they would refund it back, it's been two weeks now, and now he's not answering my phonecalls and my parents are asking me because they feel Andrew and colleagues have been taking advantage of them, just because they are old and probably believe everything you tell them. I have been calling and asking to speak to Andrew but he's not answering my calls. my mother is still waiting for them to deposit the money into her account
