Worst service ever - abusing their clients - they just don't care!

<p>I used this company to come and fix my leaking geyser - R4200 later. They have replaced 4 parts and 3 days later the geyser burst. Charging me another R8500. They refuse to take responsibility for the incorrect assessment in the first place. Monique is the worst when it comes to customer service, she is rude and don't give a rats **** about her clients. They are *****s, overcharging their clients and really not taking ownership of their mistakes. To top it off they have installed a builders warehouse geyser that is currently going for R1999!! Charging me R6500 for labour at the second round. a company like this wont last long, some or other time it will bite them in the butt and then I will be last one laughing. </p>
