K.M.A cc Plumbers - poor service

Hired them to fix my leaking toilet and shower. they completed the shower well, but a month down the line my toilet is still leaking. contacted them and they came to "fix", toilet worked for a couple of days, paid them in full, a week later it began to leak again. have been contacting them and spoke to Monique who assures me the plumbers will come to sort out, but 3 weeks and still no one .......... these plumbers are great at the start of the job, but extremely poor with dealing with complaints and sorting them out. will not recommend or use them again
