KM Vision Optometrists I want my Sunglasses

My name is Captain Nkosi, I consulted an optometrist in 2022 by the name Trevor, working for KM Vision Optometrists, practice address as follows: Suncardia Mall, First Floor, Cnr Steve Biko & Stanza Bopape street, Pretoria. Contact details as follows: ***, ***. I purchased a pair of glasses, and a pair of Gucci sunglasses and he claimed from my Polmed medical aid. It happened that a srew for the Gucci sunglasses came off and I requested Trevor to assist me with repairs. He sent me to a front lady working at the practice by the name Kgomotso, so that I leave the sunglasses with her. I did just that. More than four months down the line I've been making follow up with Trevor to either return my damaged Gucci sunglasses or substitute as he promised but he is just playing plain hide and seek. Please assist me to retain my sunglasses otherwise I will be forced to report him to the board of doctors and also open a case of theft under false pretense.
