VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE AGENT

My husband and i were looking for a house we app**** for a house with KM Housing and we were happy with the size of the yard and how it will look like however we are very unhappy with the service that was rendered to us. KM housing is not updating us with our application they only informed us that we were approved we don't even have the contract of the approval. 3 weeks back they informed us that we were going to sign with lawyers we still waiting if we don't call them, they don't call us which is soooo unprofessional what annoys me the most is the fact that i called their office number and spoke to the lady who went by the name of Kgomotso what a rude, arrogant and unprofessional girl she i told her what my query is she told me to go and ask my husband because shes been communication with him i asked her that is that how things work at KM Housing that if i call then am told to go and ask my husband what kind of service is that? where does she get the audacity to tell me that? is this how they treat customer? i want nothing to do with Kgomotso she must never touch our profile of even call us for that matter, she must be fired and i wont let this go until she gets what she deserves which is punishment i will make sure that i take this to the Ombudsman and shes deburred
