And Expected delivery was allocated on the waybill 2023-12-05

After various calls and WhatsApp numbers to *** we have received empty promises of delivery. The last promise for delivery was for today and no delivery was made (2023/12/11)

We are a business, and we are now losing money due to your unacceptable service delivery.
