I need my money back.😭😭

I ordered a set of catering chairs, a cooler and artificial Matt. Then sent the proof of payment via their WhatsApp numbers and we were in communication with them. They confirmed that my order will arrive on the 28 March 2025. This morning I called cashing what had happened as my event is this coming weekend. The guy I talked to kept saying he will call me back and has to find out from the courier guys. He never did instead I kept on calling till they stopped answering the phone. Can they please just refund my money back.R24 408 is a lot of money. I event sent them an email but no one is responding. They are really ****ming us
