************ BEHAVIOR BY AN EMPLOYEE

I used to hold Kloppers in Bloemfontein in a very high regard until my experience today. I would give it a five star review without even thinking about it but Portia has done me a blow today. I identified a coffee table on the floor yesterday and loved it enough to buy it. Paid for it and opted to wait and collect the one that was said to be at the warehouse as I specifically indicated that I did not like the one on the floor for it had a visible dark mark/scratch. Long story short, Portia called me today to collect my table, only to find out that they gave me the same one from the floor and painted the mark with a different shade of white from the shade of the rest of the table. What infuriated me was that Portia **** to my face and said the table was from the warehouse while her colleagues told me that it was from the floor, she point blankly **** to me and I had to cancel the whole transaction as I felt betrayed and taken for a ride. I would have still taken it because I loved it had she been honest with me and did not try to paint the table to cover up the lie that she was trying to sell me. I found this to be highly ********* and thought people need to be warned about this ************ behavior by an employee of Kloppers called Portia.
