Russell Hobbs stand mixer

Iam very dissapointed with kloppers. I order a mixer online recieved it on Friday. Once opened it did not work. I reoported the issue within an hour of recieving the product. I have recieved one phone call on saturday as they agreed they will refund me once they get their logistics department to collect the item. Today is Tuesday they have ignored my emails my msgs my posts. What more do I do for them to contact me in regards to fetch this mixer. Iam very diisapointed with customer care, buying a product online and when the product doesnt work you do not hear from them again. PLEASE FETCH YOUR PRODUCT GET BACK TO ME AND REFUND ME AS I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM KLOPPERS AGAIN.
