Poor customer relations

Bought a firearm inOctober 2017, visited firearm department of Klopper’s in Bloemfontein with my son 4 December 2017 to show him rifle, two people were present at counter, no other customers and person was unwilling and informed me that it would be a cumbersome task, needless to say we left without being assisted. Two facts disgusts me, one I’ve been doing business with them since 1993, and we drove more than 360km, in my opinion such a person “assistant” should not work with customers
