**********ly poor after sales servicce. Non-existing warranty support. Bought Xiaomi Robotic Vacuum from them. Unit malfunctioning. Was taken bck, they insisted to repair and not replace in contravention of the CPA. Received the unit back after "repairs". Still not working correctly. Emailed Xiamoi Global and copied Klpoppers on emails. No response from Kloppers. Xiaomi nocommited repsponse, cannot even confirm if Kloppers is an authorised Xiaomi distributor. Limited warrant support information from Xiaomi Global.
