Hands down the best experience we have ever had from any retailer. The company's service and support is world class. We had defects on household goods purchased from them twice. In one instance the staff at Kloppers made immediate arrangements to have the products repaired and returned to us. With the other they sent out a technician to assess the refrigerator, and replaced the refrigerator without any further delay.
