KLOPPERS FALSELY PRICE THEIR ITEMS

THEY FALSELY PRICE ITEMS, CANCEL ORDERS AND DO NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR HUGE ERRORS!

Utterly disgusted by this company. Placed an online order for an item with a very good price. I made the payment in full and the next morning I was called and told that the price was incorrect on their side and that the order will be cancelled. They never apologized for the false pricing and I am very disgusted with how unprofessional that is, was merely told the order will be cancelled and that I should forward them my banking details. If the fault were on the customer's side legal action would be taken and there would be consequences.

I had a feeling the price was incorrect but thought that a company like Kloppers would ensure prices are correct. The least they could do was apologize for a big mistake on their side.

I cannot recommend this company at all and have lost all in my trust in them, I am very disappointed with this situation.
