Kloppers a winner

What a fantatsic store. When I was transferred from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein I was concerned that any local store could offer prices and services experienced in the big city. What a gem discovered here in Bloem not only does Kloppers match and beat the large national chains on price, they win on service, product knowledge and customer back up. Staff are knoweldgeable helpful and most importantly they give support and back up. What other store do you regularly see the manager visibly on the floor and assisting their customers. I have friends who come and visit from Johannesburg who make it a thing to do when they visit to spend time in a store that not only can meet just about every need. Staff alos have a knowledge of where in the store one needs to go. This must be a gem of the Free State! Best retailer I have experienced in recent years in SA! Hope the Klopper family can keep this service going!
