HELL

Worst after sell service I have seen in my live. The problem is people dont read complaints before they go to Kloppers to buy. They buy and if something goes wrong then they complain. Its better to complain in the local newspaper where local people can read what to expext at Kloppers before they buy. I fly every second week over Kloppers with a hugh name of them on the roof. And yes there prices is really good and they have a lot to sell. But beware if that item you buy breaks because if its a Scotsman Ice machine,. they will not replace it, or for the fact they refused to replace mine. Instead they tried to fix it 5 times and it still broke. I dont even know if its still under guarentee because they keep on trying to fix it until you cant claim anything anymore/ Im 46 and never in my live I had met such a bad service. I will never buy anything from them again and hopefully everyone else. The first thing you know if someone dont really care is if they dont respond to a bad review. My machine is still broken with no ice to serve in my 5 star guesthouse. But listen Kloppers this is Hello peter. It is not going to stop here . Watch the media. I cant believe a compony keeps selling a item if they know there is a problem. Scotmans apparently refuse to replace broken items according to Kloppers. They keep on trying to fix mine but they cant even do that. I will make sure the public knows about Scotsmans policy so that next time they visit a store they will think twice. You dont care about reputational risk at all. My opinion is to NEVER BUY A SCOTSMAN ICE MACHINE. Dont but where you dont get a after sale servive
