Good customer service

I made a purchase on Saturday 23 May 2020 and received an email saying they would be in touch on Monday 25 May regarding delivery ETA.

Unfortunately they did not contact me, however when I followed up the manager was apologetic and explained that they were experiencing a backlog but managed to sort out my order and it was delivered by COB on Monday.

Very satisfied with their customer service and the great deal!
