Excellent service

Amazing how similar businesses with similar products in the same city differ in customer service. Kloppers phoned me a few times to report on the availability and progress of my order. Courier Guy delivered it in Gauteng within a week! Quicker than local businesses.

The other (well known) company (in the same city) sold me a second hand set for the same product (I accepted that, I was desperate to get the set), but more than half of the delivered set was missing... The head office declined to send an available set. To add insult to injury, I had to pay the couriers!
