Excellent service!

Excellent service! I received a beautiful radio as a gift a few months ago. Due to the recent loadshedding, the electrical connection broke so I took it back. I had the original box but no receipt. However, as soon as they'd checked the radio and realized it was broken they gave me a new one. No questions asked about how long I'd had it or anything. I must say I was very impressed!
