Disgusted and angry

Kloppers Port Elizabeth has been an absolutely painful experience. I suppose I only have myself to blame for going back, but here we are. This is now the 4th occasion that Kloppers has given us horrid service. Our dishwasher came with a dent in the side. Our stove was delivered without any feet. The fridge we ordered and paid for took them days to call and tell us that it was discontinued, they then sent us three other options to purchase only to be told that those have all been discontinued as well. We ended up going to another supplier. And now to top it all off, I paid for an extractor fan and was told it would be delivered, only then to be told that is also discontinued, so I chose a different one which was delivered, at which point they tell me I have to pay not only the R150 delivery fee, but also the R2000 odd rand for the extractor as no one told me it was refunded. I am absolutely livid. The communication is disgusting and I am never, ever dealing with Kloppers ever again. and be sure that I will tell everyone else not to either. I am sad I had to put at least one star on this review to have it posted.
