Disappointed Kloppers 1st time customer

I bought a limited edition Nike cap from their online store and was disappointed to say the least, upon receiving my parcel via courier services. The cap was dirty and had a dirty lining on its inside, highly indicative of having been worn previously. I did attempt, via email, for a number of times to address this concern to them but to date, no one has even bothered to get back to me on the matter. Got the cap as a gift for someone and I am left with no choice but to wash it thoroughly before sending it as a gift. Not only am I a disappointed first time client, I don't foresee myself utilizing or recommendig their services in the near future.
