Bad service

We bought a gas stove with these guys Nov 2018. February 2019 the stove just fell off our kitchen cupboard. We called this guys countless times to report but the feedback from them was just nonsense. I spent over R1500 airtime calling them (mind you I'm from Lesotho). They asked us to send certificates of the technician that installed the stove for us. Since then we haven't gotten any feedback. When you call them you go to switch bought for over an hour. N***xx. The service is *** and consultants are rude
