Absolutely NO sense of Urgency!!

A hunting rifle was advertised on [URL Removed] by Freddy, an employee of Kloppers. I immediately responded to the adverti*****t asking him to please secure the rifle for me and I told him that I was ready to pay the full amount if he could kindly send me an invoice with banking details. After having to message and phone him relentlessly for 2 days and after promising me an invoice, Freddy eventually mailed me to inform me that the rifle had been sold, clearly in the interim. Absolutely unacceptable and slack service!! I will always have a bad taste in my mouth when I hear the name Kloppers, I company I have always been very fond of. This pathetic performance is going to cost me thousands of rand.
