Verimark vacuum perishable parts

We bought a vacuum not older then 6 months which is a verimark product. The attachments perishes within 6 months. I had to buy a new filter wihtin 4 months and another part. The assistant for verimark insist that the customers must buy new parts and never takes the blame for manufacturing faults in verimark. Its like she is trained to to blame the customer. Not very helpfull
