Kloppers usually has excellent service but.....

I've always had excellent service from Kloppers but they have dropped the ball and they really need to better. Below is my Hellopeter review about how pathetically bad Samsung is however this is something Kloppers should have sorted out for me but they have done virtually nothing to sort it out. In Sept 2021 I bought R42 000.00 appliances from Kloppers in Knysna to furnish my holiday home. I have always had Bosch in all my other homes and both Bosch service and their product is brilliant. Like an absolute idiot I decided to try Samsung because I felt it looked more modern. Big, BIG, BIG mistake. In every way this company is a failure. Their service is what can be best described as absolutely pathetic!!! Their product is just as bad. I bought a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. From day one the washer/dryer started shaking and rattling so badly during spin that parts actually fell off the machine. That was in Sept. I reported it and it has been over a month of complete and utter incompetence that is like torture. First they wanted the proof of payment slip, then THEIR "technicians" called to say they were coming to FIX my HISENSE machine. Really?!! You don't even know what machine you are dealing with Pathetic!! Then they want pictures of the machine from the side, the top, the front, inside the drum etc.. why must a client be doing this. This ****** machine should have been replaced the first day I put in the complaint!!!! Instead, 2 months later and this is still going on!!! Their technicians eventually arrived and discovered that the machine was broken in transport. Has it been replaced yet NO!!!! Samsung, come and get all your appliances. I dint want anything more to do with your pathetic brand and retarded service!!!!!!
