What a bad service at Kloppers Bloemfontein

I bought a Katcher FJ10C Foam Jet Connect at kloppers Waterfront Bloemfontein on 19/04/2023, when I tried to use it, I realized that it was leaking. I took it back to kloppers and told them that it is leaking, I was told to leave it, as they were going to check what was the problem, to my surprise I was called today by the consultant who told me that they were not gonna fix it or exchange it for me, there was a part that is missing and it's my fault, I did not even open that Katcher, so I do not understand how is it my fault that the part is missing. I can not get that missing part anywhere unless I buy the new Katcher, but the Katcher is still under warranty.
