Poor after-sales service.

Purchased a Xiaomi Robotic Vacuum from Kloppers George. The unit started malfunctioning RE navigation. Took it back, Kloppers George refused to exchange unit in contravention of CPA and insisted on repairing it. The received the unit back claiming it was working correctly. Unfortunately still not navigating as it did before.
