APPALLING BEHAVIOUR FROM KLOOFENDAL NATURE RESERVE ROODEPOORT
I have never been so frustrated and disappointed but i guess its to be expected with anything involving the government. Booked the lapa at the nature reserve which is in roodepoort for my sons 1st birthday paid the amount they requested. the form signed stated refunds are made within 30 days for any cancellations. On the day of the party we get there only to find other people set up,there was drama with the people refusing to move and security and manager Phillip unable to assist claiming the calling the police to assist but nothing to that effect happened. The other party was swearing and even threatening us when we asked them to move even with confirmation of us booking the specific lapa. The person who was in charge of bookings was called and confirmed yet nothing was done. We ended up having to find another spot and promised a refund within 30 days even thought this was not our fault. They refused to pay the refund on the Monday when and stated it would be done within 30 days even though that is only applies for cancellations and not such situations. I emailed them and they asked for confirmation of account i sent everything to them where they failed to confirm if received or respond to my email. i emailed again and their colleague asked for them to acknowledge my email and confirm when payment it to be made. They ignored my emails and also not taking calls. I'am super frustrated and want to take legal action. They even failed to apologies not even once did they do that. Appalling behavior from security all the way to the manager and office staff.
