Kloof Street Hotel- Lion Roars Hotel & Lodges HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Unfortunately I have to say that our three night stay at the Kloof Street Hotel was HORRIBLE!! I will never recommend nor stay at this hotel again. Firstly, we were greeted by an unhelpful and RUDE staff member at reception whom later had booked us in the complete wrong booking. Secondly, horrific service by having to call reception frequently throughout our stay, to receive updates on the booking error they had made. No solution was made/offered may I add… In addition our room service meals were cold and items were forgotten off the order… on all days of our stay. Thirdly, the miscommunication given to us on the day of our arrival regarding the costs were wrong, which we were then told we owe a completely different amount on-top of the amount we had already paid on arrival. Absolutely shocking… no apologies were made on the Kloof Street Hotel side. For the amount of money we spent, it was shocking how we were treated and the experience we received! Extremely unsatisfied and disappointed!
