Never use KLocks or Martin Henning locksmith

Do not use this 'business' ever. This is a **** to ****** far more than what you are quoted for. I was told it would be R175 call out fee and R850 to open a locked safe. A key would be between R150 - R390. I accepted. Martin Henning (who has appeared in numerous other reviews about this awful company) arrived in his green VW Golf. He opened the safe and provided a very glitchy key, all the while bleating about how he wishes it was his own business, he makes no money and he has to travel from Bapsfontein and KLock is 'a call centre' - "they get all the money". He then charged me a whopping R3200. Saying it was the call out, additional labour, opening the safe, key cut and something about trade work (no idea) and the invoice would explain everything. That would be emailed to me that night when he got back to Bapsfontein. He was intimidating and adamant I must pay cash or do an EFT now. He wanted as much as possible in cash saying, give me all the cash you have. I'm in my 60's a woman alone and I paid him R1000 cash and did the eft for R2 200 while he was looming over me in a very threatening manner. I immediately messaged the KLock number *** when he left and the woman expressed shock. I sent her screen shots of the other Hello Peter reviews showing overcharging customers is clearly a regular MO and she said she wasn't aware of the reviews and told me in writing they would never employ Martin again and that he would be refunded the difference. Still waiting and my calls and messages are no longer being taken by this obnoxious company. A truly horrible experience and a shoddy hack job.
