KLM Roadworks has requested a full payment from me for tar surfacing. After multipole follow up calls and begging Rodger to do the work, he makes many excuses and has not done the work.

When you call him, he either does not answer his phone or gives excuses as to why the work has been done.

Roger even asked me to pay 600 Rands for money for him for petrol, so that he could travel to the site to do the work.

BE AWARE, CONSTANT EXCUSES and LIES!
