Rude staff

<p>I signed up with the company on receiving printer cartridges in May 2016. We had issues with them from the start of the our business with them. I was advised that we will have a 60 day account with them and got a suprise when we received an invoice before then. We had a whole back and forth emails and phone calls. I eventually spoke to Wayne who is the manager I think and we got to a point where they offered us another discount if we pay the invoice on which we did. Then today to my suprise again I received a phone call from them I think the lady is Raphaella. Very RUDE to say the least. She wanted to delay our next shipment of which I explained we still have 5 cartridges left here and we do not want any more until next year. We do not use them that often. She insisted I exchange them for another printer in future and I told her I dont want anything from them. I asked for someone to give me a call back regarding this matter and she said there is no one else as she deals with our account (what account?). To me this was just a once off deal and after this I surely do not want anything from them anymore. I told her that I have been having problems with them since we started. Wanted to explaine the story to her and she got so rude told me not to scream at her...a pity they do not want to send the recording otherwise I would have uploaded here for everyone to hear who the rude one was. I then told her if this is the way they act I will log this on Hello Peter and she said "go ahead and log it onto Hello Peter I will just update and say that your company is running away from your commitments and is only taking offers for discounts" THE CHEEK she had. This is when I dropped the phone in her ear and she proceeded to call me back after that 3 times and me telling her that if she does not know how to speak to me in a proper manner I will drop the phone until she can speak in a proper manner. Her last call was to speak to my boss of which I advised he is not here and she said it is fine we will go ahead and list him! Really this I will not take laying down. I have never seen someone so unproffesional. </p>
