HARASSING

<p>We have dealt with KLM Consumbales and Chemicals since June 2016. We have received a call from one of their staff members that they had a special on their cartridges which sounded promising to any company. We therefor placed an order with them as the lady Carla from KLM Consumables and Chemicals insisted that we have a 60day account with them. After then, they sent us an invoice saying it needs to be paid within 30 days. Which we found was incorrect as the discusion we had, it was mentioned to us that we had an account within 60 days and therefor they insisted that we pay within those 30 days. Which we then did. We ordered 10 Cartridges from them at that time.</p> <p> </p> <p>There after they have been phoning our offices every 2nd week and asked us if we would like to place another order. Where we then said no, as the cartridges we ordered from them in June would be enough to last us for the whole year. Every conversation lead to this mentioned above. Soon there after we received a delivery of more cartridges, which we never placed an order for. We sent the package back to them unharmed and unopened. We received a call the following day from their offices harassing us that we ordered from them and we have to accept the package and pay the amount for the cartridges. Where our accounts department declined that we have not ordered such. They then threatened us that they have a recording where we ordered telephonically. (Which we never do as we work from an ordering system.) The lady then mentioned in the same breath that we sent them an order, but when we checked on our system it has not been with them neither this year. We have then since asked them to please send the recording to us, but she denied as it's CONFINDENTIAL?????</p> <p> </p> <p>3 Weeks later, The lady then sent a recording to our accounts department but has definitly been fiddeld with as you can hear to voices speaking over each other. And you can bearly hear the accounts lady speak to Raphella. You hear Raphella more. Such a **** set up.</p> <p> </p> <p>We still decline the order and refuse to do any business with them, and still they harrass us with a cancelation fee for the cartridges which we never placed, and also had back and forward messages with our owner that they will blacklist him.</p> <p> </p> <p>CONCLUSION:</p> <p>We would go further with this matter mentioned above as this an ********* and unproffesional way to do business. Please take note of the business name KLM Consumables and Chemicals as it could safe you the hassle.</p>
