BEWARE - KLM Consumables

<p>Good Day,</p> <p>Please do not except any "promotional" items from KLM Consumables and Chemicals (PTY) LTD. This company supp**** me with Toners for my computer at an apparent 25 % discount and claimed that their cartridges last twice as long as others. I accepted the cartridges and was not happy with the quality as it was not as promised. They are now harrasing me with calls claiming I agreed to a 25% discount and must take a second order else I am liable for the 25% discount. I have requested the voice recording of said conversation where I agreed to their claims but they refuse to give it to me as it is for their company use only. I will be taking this to my lawyer and report them to the consumer protection act. </p>
